Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to support the quality assurance processes within a fintech environment contributing to the development and reliability of digital financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test cases covering functional testing regression testing integration testing and performance testing
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
Identify document and track defects collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently
Analyze test failures and production incidents to identify root causes
Evaluate test coverage assess quality risks and propose improvements to QA processes
Maintain clear and structured test documentation
Support code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers within the team
Must-Have Requirements:
3 years of experience in QA and test automation
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Proven experience with Open Banking projects and/or PISP (Payment Initiation Service Provider) systems
Strong experience with QA methodologies test design and defect analysis
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and integration with CI/CD
Experience working in Agile development environments
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership regarding software quality
