A multinational property services environment is looking for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of a high-profile client portfolio across multiple regions.

This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with real visibility and client interaction combining financial control accounts receivable oversight reporting and commercial insight.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key focus areas include:

Oversight of accounts receivable billing analysis and working capital management
Budgeting forecasting and multi-country reporting
Balance sheet reviews and strengthening financial controls
Reviewing financial models and ensuring governance standards are met
Engaging directly with a major client articulating financial performance clearly and confidently

Were looking for someone who:

Is CA(SA) qualified (preferred)
Has operated at Finance Manager level within a multinational or structured environment
Is comfortable with multi-country reporting (US GAAP exposure advantageous)
Is detail-oriented but able to provide meaningful commercial insight
Takes ownership and thrives in deadline-driven environments
