Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and trustworthy Human Resources professional to oversee HR operations for two dealerships. This role requires a high level of confidentiality strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and impeccable records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all Human Resource functions for two dealerships
- Process and post weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Assist with on-boarding employee documentation and HR administration
- Perform general accounting duties
- Handle accounts receivable tasks
- Maintain organized and accurate financial and personnel records
- Ensure that all proper licensing and insurance requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred
- Experience processing payroll preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Proficient in accounting
