Job Summary
Mission Details
Coordinate dispatches with trucking coordinator and strategize delivery schedules.
Monitor and report daily Dispatch Plan invoices PODs and billings.
Manage fleet 3PL providers and resources efficiently to optimize operations.
Ensure timely customs clearance for imports and exports and maintain customs records.
Implement customs process simplifications and apply for customs-related permits.
Prepare and submit reports including OTIF Freight Cost CO₂ Footprint and Customs Savings Report.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to HSE standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility for relocation or reassignment.
Required Profile
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
2 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain; experience in a logistics company preferred.
Excellent knowledge of customs legislation and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills positive attitude and ability to work extended hours.
Flexibility to work in Taytay and Tanay Rizal is a must.
