Job Description:
Apply game design principles to the frontier of generative AI. You will build and refine automated visual and video generation pipelines working directly with founders to turn creative concepts into repeatable technical systems. This hands-on role focuses on designing mechanics for AI models iterating on inputs and ensuring high-quality visual outputs for enterprise clients.

What you will do:

• Design and refine AI-driven visual generation pipelines using generative models for image and video.

• Rapidly iterate on prompts model parameters and input variations to improve stability and output controllability.

The ideal candidate:

• Background in game design technical art or a similar systems-heavy creative discipline with a focus on iteration loops.

• Strong visual judgment with a keen eye for timing composition and identifying failure modes in AI outputs.

• High agency and entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to learning and breaking new AI tools.
