Join a high-growth startup as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer bridging the gap between clinical needs and technical execution. You will conduct deep discovery with healthcare clients architecting and deploying custom AI solutions that solve critical patient flow challenges. This role blends high-agency engineering with product-minded discovery to fix the worlds most broken industry.

What you will do:

• Work on-site with UK and US healthcare clients to perform deep technical discovery and identify high-impact AI opportunities.

• Design build and deploy custom AI/LLM integrations using TypeScript and React that solve specific operational healthcare challenges.

• Partner with the internal product team to translate successful client-specific builds into scalable productized features for the broader platform.

The ideal candidate:

• 3 years of professional experience with TypeScript and React including a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/LLM integrations.

• Demonstrates Forward Deployed DNAcomfortable with ambiguity frequent travel and working independently to bridge the gap between clients and code.

• Possesses high agency and ownership thriving in a culture where you are expected to see issues feel the rage at inefficiency and build solutions.
