About the Role

As an Early Years Educator youll play a key role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment where children can thrive.

You will:

  • Support childrens learning and development through engagingexperiences and learning moments
  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS Birth to 5 Matters and the Fennies curriculum
  • Build strong trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture
  • Observeassessand support each childs individual learning journey
  • Maintainhigh standardsof safeguarding and health and safety at all times.

Whatwerelooking for

Yourean enthusiasticand caring educator who is passionate about giving children the best possible start in life.

You will have:

  • Level 2 orLevel 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS Birth to 5 Matters and child development
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade4/C or above) or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A warm positive approach to building relationships with children and families

Most importantly you will bring energycreativityand a genuine passion for early years education.
