About the Role

We are seeking experienced coaches mentors or client-facing professionals who are ready to explore a more scalable and structured model within the personal development and leadership space.

This role is well suited to individuals who are already working in coaching or consulting environments and are looking to expand their impact streamline how they work and align with a globally established platform.

In this role you will focus on:

• Engaging with individuals exploring personal and professional growth
• Conducting structured conversations with qualified prospects
• Guiding people through a proven discovery and decision-making process
• Leveraging established systems tools and mentoring frameworks
• Operating within a flexible independent model

This is not traditional 1:1 coaching delivery — it is a client engagement and business development-focused role within a structured environment.
