Job Summary
Role Summary
The Techliner provides advanced technical support to an international automotive dealer network within a global team environment. As the main contact for the French market the role focuses on resolving complex vehicle diagnostic issues and acting as a bridge between the automotive manufacturer and its authorized service partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer incident reports (FIC) submitted by the dealer network.
- Provide written and telephone diagnostic support for vehicles.
- Ensure timely highquality technical assistance aligned with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with manufacturer teams and service providers to improve diagnostic solutions.
Qualifications :
Office software: MS Office Suite
Nice to have experience in: R-Actis GCM ICM BVM Dialogys
Mandatory: French B2
Strong automotive diagnostic expertise
Knowledge of the automotive industry
