Amazon is looking for a customer focused self-driven and analytical leader to join the Books organization. We are looking for a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager (SSCM) who can own complex problems within Supply Chain this role the candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify and launch initiatives aimed at improving the customer and vendor experience.

Senior Strategic Supply Chain Manager はサプライチェーン戦略に責任を持つことで最高クラスの顧客体験を実現すると同時にコストの最適化を図りますこのロールは需要予測発注在庫管理などのエコシステムの構築管理最適化を含むサプライチェーンの改革改善に重要な役割を果たしますまた商品のセレクションの拡充在庫化率の向上お客様への配送スピードの向上およびコストの最適化を実現するため施策を計画し実行に移しますこれらのことをアマゾン内のグローバルな関連チームや日本の出版社や取次などのベンダーと密接に協力することで実現します

Key responsibilities
The Strategic Supply Chain Manager will demonstrate ownership of supply chain strategies to realize the best-in-class customer experience while optimizing cost structure. This role plays a critical role in helping Amazon build manage and optimize a complex supply chain including Forecasting/Ordering/Inventory manage ecosystem. As Strategic Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for defining and executing plans to improve availability of products delivery speed to customers and supply chain cost. You will achieve these initiatives by partnering closely with and influencing cross-functional internal teams and Books vendors.

- Experience creating reports interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis
- 工学ビジネスまたは関連分野における学士号
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field
- 5年程度の関連職務の経験コンサルティングやサプライチェーン在庫管理または関連プロジェクトマネジメント
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Consulting management or supply chain experience)
- 日本語が母国語もしくはJPLTN1
- ビジネスレベルの英語
- Native Japanese or JPLT N1
- Business level English required.
- KPIなどのメトリック作成改善の経験および生データからインサイトを抽出する分析力

- 優れた意思決定力書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション力実践的で常識的なアプローチに基づく実行力
- Possess excellent business judgment strong written and oral communication skills and a practical common sense approach to getting things done.
- 優れた分析能力と問題解決能力 大規模で複雑なデータを処理する能力と統計学またはその他の分析手法に精通している
- Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques.
- 優先順位付けスケジュール管理時間管理期限の遵守などの優れた実行力
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing scheduling time management and meeting deadlines.
- カイゼンリーン生産方式シックスシグマなどのプロセス改善の経験
- Experience with improvement techniques such as Kaizen Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
