Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Woodstock IL located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice you will provide exceptional patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases complex conditions and specialized care for adult patients. Highlights:

• Join a team of 5 Internal Medicine Providers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am 5pm with a flexible schedule
• Call responsibilities: Q7 1 night per week and weekend call rotated
• Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
• Advance practice provider nurse and medical assistant support
• Multispecialty clinic within NM Woodstock Hospital campus
• Hospital privileges at NM Huntley McHenry and Woodstock Hospitals
• EPIC electronic health system

Qualifications :

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution
• Board-eligible or certified in Internal Medicine
• Valid IL medical license or ability to obtain licensure
