As a member of our Qantas Cabin Crew Singapore (QCCS) International Cabin Crew team no two days are the same. The only guarantee is that youll explore endless possibilities be challenged create opportunities for our customers by resolving problems and make a difference to someones day. About you:

• Have pride and a clear passion in delivering exceptional and consistent service experiences 
• Understand our customers anticipate their needs and take responsibility in providing a superior customer service 
• Sensitive to cultural diversity and assist customers needing extra care such as unaccompanied minors or non-English speakers
• Ability to easily build rapport and positively contribute to your teams performance 
• Be adaptable to any situation that may present itself in a sensible warm and safe way 
• Understand the importance of hygiene standards in-flight ensuring a fresh cabin for all customers and crew
• Ability to complete all training and assessment requirements including aircraft safety procedures and obtain required documentation
• Customer or hospitality service experience or previous experience in the airline industry
• Exceptional standards of grooming and personal presentation
• Based in Singapore - you must be willing to live and work from this location. You must hold valid working rights to operate as a QCCS team member in Singapore 

To be successful youll also need to meet the following minimum criteria to operate within the unique aircraft environment:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Maximum height of 186cm 
• Ability to reach 212cm overhead (barefoot your fingertips must reach past 212cm with both hands overhead at the same time)
• Unlimited Singapore working rights and a passport ensuring unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call with at least 12 months validity 
• Sound written and verbal communication skills in the English language
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment from a Nationally Accredited Provider (or be willing to obtain at short notice) 
• Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical
• An excellent level of health and fitness including the ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water for 3 minutes unassisted
