Job Summary
- Coordinate arrange and conduct various visits at the Hong Kong Sludge Treatment Facilities (HKSTF) in close coordination with Environmental Protection Department and relevant working parties
- Receive and handle local and overseas visitors such as educational institutes professional bodies and associations green groups community groups and associations
- Propose organize and implement publicity events and programs to strengthen communication with neighbors local community stakeholders and to educate the public on HKSTF
- Assist in receiving and monitoring of opinion/ complaints filed by stakeholders and where required propose response to these complaints
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
- University graduate preferably in Public Relations/ Marketing or related disciplines
Additional Information :
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working experience in the field of public relations
- Proficient in written and spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good organization communications and presentation skills
- Outgoing and able to work independently
