Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth initiatives across the UK and Ireland.

This position plays a critical role in building a qualified sales pipeline through structured outbound engagement and strategic prospecting. The ideal candidate is disciplined articulate and experienced in engaging senior decision-makers within the UK and Irish markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients across the UK & Ireland
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone email and LinkedIn
  • Initiate structured value-led conversations with key stakeholders
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Native-level or fully fluent English
  • Demonstrated experience in outbound sales appointment setting or lead generation
  • Strong objection-handling capabilities
  • Professional communication and executive presence
  • High level of organisation accountability and target ownership
