We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee and Assistant Manager-Treasury!
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with a background in Banking/Treasury processes and a solid understanding of risk and control functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing documenting and improving our banking and treasury operations ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of banking and treasury processes identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Process wire payments: review documentation log into bank portals enter wires download confirmations
Support corporate accounting: provide correct coding respond to inquiries on credits/debits
Run account activity reports & month end bank statements
Handle ACH paperwork and respond to internal account queries
Perform ad hoc treasury tasks and month end reporting
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress issues and resolutions.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Relevant years of experience in financial services industry with a focus on treasury operations.
Knowledge of Accounts Payables Disbursement Record To Report and reporting

Preferred Qualifications: -

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
