The Job

• Provide administrative support to the P&C team as needed
• Liaison between P&C Business Partners and Recruitment
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires in assigned region(s)
• Coordinate Employee Engagement initiatives and office events
• Training system administration and compliance
• Facilitate background check process for incoming associates globally
• Lead full-cycle recruitment & selection process for co-op program
• Maintain accurate reporting through timely system updates to ensure data integrity

What Skills you bring

• Good knowledge of MS office tools
• Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence information and all matters of confidentiality
• Desired
• Experience with UKG Pro an asset
