Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business sectors. The role focuses on developing effective hiring strategies attracting top talent and strengthening the organizations employer brand while supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic data-driven recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing methods including headhunting networking and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives to enhance the organizations reputation as a preferred employer.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a multi-industry or hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
