YOUR ROLE

We are looking fora Engagement Managerto join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role youll be responsible for:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle: planning execution monitoring and closure;
  • Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams ensuring effective communication and deliverable integration;
  • Monitor KPIs SLAs and financial reports ensuring compliance with contracts and objectives;
  • Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for the client handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Manage risks and changes (Change Control) including impact on timelines and resources;
  • Support the definition of roadmaps and service evolution aligning with the clients strategic vision;
  • Lead governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure structured handover at project closure;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technology environments;
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI Agile Prince2);
  • Experience in financial management and margin control (TCV P&L cash flow);
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project Jira ServiceNow;
  • Certifications are a plus;
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1).
