This position coordinates project teams from presales design to delivery as well as implementing the different SW products that DN offers to its various customers. Must have knowledge expertise practical experience and project management skills to lead team members resolve issues and ensure
achievement of project goals. Must have practical experience on Project Management tools (Example: MS Project others). Plans organizes secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed executed and delivered in a manner that meets DN objectives and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for
Manage of all aspects of projects with direct accountability
Lead the project team to the delivery of successful projects
Project Management for moderately complex projects within a functional operational or
technical area.
Supports all aspects of project execution including but not limited to:
o Requirements gathering chartering scope definition project planning change control
risk management reporting and follow up on day to day project activities
Manage project resource planning cost estimation budget development and cost control.
Scope risk and issue management; including documenting communicating and facilitating
resolutions or mitigation plans
Develop and update project plan according to the evolution of the project
Project Stakeholder management
Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensures consistent application of Project Management practices DN compliance and
methodologies
Manage weekly/daily follow up meetings
Ensures understanding of core processes workflow and customer / stakeholder
interdependencies
Take initiative prioritize work manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing
environment
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Management or Project Management related
5 Years experience in Project Management roles
English Proficient
Experience in the Finance / Banking industry preferred
Experience with IT projects preferred
Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the software development cycle
Problem-solving skills
Results oriented
Ability to work independently
Experience with MS Project
Experience with JIRA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A customer service attitude
Hardworking self-motivated and passionate about learning and working in a dynamic
environment
Inspired to think outside the box and work with your fellow team members to find solutions to
problems
Preferred Qualifications
