Where Youll Make a Difference
- Fully manage consumer insight research projects in support of Global Category and key international Home Care accounts.
- Design studies coordinate fieldwork analyze data and translate results into clear and actionable insights.
- Contribute directly to sales growth and increased win rate through highquality consumer research and insight generation.
- Communicate insights in an impactful way using strong storytelling demonstrations and insightdriven presentations.
- Partner with Evaluation Perfumers Sales Marketing and Technical teams to guide fragrance development and selection.
- Interpret consumer product and fragrance research results to support strategic and creative decisionmaking.
- Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities translating consumer behavior into forwardlooking fragrance development insights.
- Act as a subjectmatter expert on consumer dynamics technologies and category trends within the assigned scope.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelors degree in Business Statistics Psychology Behavioral Sciences or related fields.
- 4 years of experience in sensory and/or consumer research with full project management responsibility.
- Proven experience working in international organizations or multiregional projects.
- Strong knowledge of sensory and consumer research tools statistics and data analysis methodologies.
- Solid experience with database software and statistical packages with advanced presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong teamwork mindset and customer orientation.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to structure analyze and interpret complex data sets.
- Background in administrative analytical or businessoriented roles supporting structured project execution.
- High level of social and interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Proven ability to collect clarify and translate customer requests into structured product or project requirements.
- Confidence engaging directly with clients to understand needs expectations and business opportunities.
