Role Overview
We are recruiting German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an on-site team in Umhlanga.
In this role you will support customers through inbound service channels delivering efficient solutions while maintaining high-quality service standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns

Log all interactions in internal systems accurately

Troubleshoot issues using available tools and knowledge resources

Escalate complex cases according to company procedures

Meet defined service level agreements and performance KPIs

Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience
Requirements
-
German language proficiency (B2C2 level written and spoken)
-
Good command of English for internal communication
-
Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
-
Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred (retail experience is a plus)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work rotational 24/7 shifts including weekends

Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate support systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment
