Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will be responsible for handling inquiries complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. This is a full-time permanent position based in Cape Town South Africa.
