What You Will Do
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Marketing Department with special projects as needed to meet the overall objectives of the department and company. The Marketing Specialist will also work with various marketing vendors to ensure timely and quality production as well as customer satisfaction.
Skills and Requirements
2-5 years experience in marketing operations or multifamily property management operations.
Background in multifamily or commercial real estate marketing preferred.
Experience with social media including Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn and other social media platforms required.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
High comfort level using Microsoft Office programs.
Excellent verbal written communication skills interpersonal and organizational skills.
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in marketing business communications or similar field required or equivalent years of experience
