Job Summary

Report to : Mortgage Business Services Manager
- Mortgage loan related process including Loan Document Review Loan Drawdown Process Customer Maintenance Services Repayment Process Loan Account Closure Loan Related Proof Issuance.
- Bachelor degree or above major in Business relevant field.
- With years relevant experience in secured or unsecured lending operation process / repayment transaction wide experience related.
- Familiar with MS-Office especially for Excel.
- Solid analytical process streamlined and risk awareness sense and skills will be better.
- Able to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines Service Level Agreements.
- Able to demonstrate enthusiasm and rapid learning capability.
- Good communication and provide excellent customer services to customers/colleagues with professional and delivered and performed efficiently and professionally in the bank.
- Need be able to take job rotation within the department.
- Highly motivated with a positive and pro-active attitude to get familiar with different system understanding objectives and to setting priorities to get jobs done efficiently and effectively.
- Internal Control License (內控執照) is required.
