Job Summary

Report to : Banking Operations Manager
- 公文調閱扣押作業審核處理
- 個人戶之餘額證明案件處理
- 二代健保平帳&票交開關戶報送/票交拒往
- 確保每日之作業正確率及Service Level Agreement
- 確保案件內容與系統資料相符及文件詢問與回覆
- 協助案件查詢進度及解決問題以提供更好的服務予前台同仁
- Bachelor degree.
- Above 1 year working experience.
- Working experiences in Consumer or Wholesales Banking Operation.
- Independent proactive and positive flexible working attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills with mature pleasant personality.
- MS office skill.
- Good command of English in reading writing and speaking.
- Professional License includes Proficiency Test for Internal Control and Basic Test on Financial Market & Professional Ethics.
