Job Summary

Working with institutional investors banks insurance companies governments and multinational corporations this team covers fund administration global custody sub-custody and clearing and corporate trust and loan agency services.

Reports To: VP Central Operations
This holder of this position is responsible for performing and checking the preparation process and the upstream data collection verification and validation.
The data and information prepared by the team will subsequently be used for NAV calculation.
The responsibilities of the team include the follows:
- market data collection verification and uploading;
- price check and verification;
- static data setup and maintenance;
- report generation and validation;
- corporate action check and notification;
- fund order placements;
- fee billing;
- trade processing (securities and currencies);
- manage and govern the offshored parts of the above processes if any.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance is a plus
- Experience in Fund Administration or in related Financial Services Operation
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting including the preparation of financial statements
- Strong understanding of derivatives and portfolio accounting
- Advanced Excel and Word skills is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills attention to accuracy and a positive attitude
- Intermediate level in both spoken and written English
