About the Role:

The Delivery Consultant role sits within Sitecores CVR Services Solutions Hub (Kuala Lumpur) a centralized team supporting our global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations.
This is a nonclient-facing delivery role focused on the accurate execution of defined activities documentation quality and adherence to process.
As a Delivery Consultant you will contribute to delivering advisory customer success and project-management-related tasks that ensure operational excellence and consistent value realization for customers. Youll work closely with regional teams to maintain delivery quality accuracy and alignment with established standards and workflows.
What Youll Do:
- Execute standardized and repeatable activities across Advisory Customer Success and Project Management workstreams.
- Support the preparation of reviews assessments and customer meeting materials (e.g. kickoff decks QBR reports).
- Maintain accurate data in Certinia Salesforce and related systems to support reporting and customer success metrics.
- Follow established processes and documentation standards to ensure consistent high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with field consultants to support health monitoring adoption tracking and project execution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 13 years of experience in consulting customer success or project coordination roles.
- Strong process orientation attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in structured documentation and presentation preparation.
- Basic data analysis and reporting experience (Excel Power BI or equivalent tools).
- Collaborative mindset able to work effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.
- Experience in SaaS Professional Services or Customer Success environments is an advantage.
Additional Skills That Set You Apart:
- Sitecore Knowledge: Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
