The Organisational Change Execution Team is responsible for supporting the people-related implications and the implementation of organisational changes. The team contributes to the execution of activities from the Social Plan in the context of consultation requests and ensures the consistent application of agreed policies and processes.
Roles and responsibilities
As an Organisational Change Execution Advisor you support and execute activities related to the Social Plan worktowork programmes and QBR epics. You advise the business and HR Business Partners on people-related implications within established frameworks and support the implementation of Social Plan instruments within consultation requests. You handle standard to moderately complex epics and consultation requests and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. You act as the Mobility Lead for redundant employees.
Furthermore you will be:
Informing and advising the business and HRBPs on people-related implications within agreed policies and guidelines.
Supporting and executing Social Plan instruments within consultation requests.
Handling standard and moderately complex epics and consultation requests and escalating where necessary.
Contributing to knowledge sharing documentation knowledge sessions and process improvements within and beyond the team.
Workflow management and administration of Power Automate solutions.
Mobility Lead: Supporting the guidance of redundant employees and executing related manager tasks in Workday.

What do you bring
A completed bachelors degree (HBO) preferably in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Experience in the execution of organisational change or in an HR advisory role.
Solid knowledge of Workday (experience with OrgStudio is a plus).
Insight into endtoend processes related to organisational change and mobility.
Strong analytical skills and affinity with data and reporting; able to translate insights into practical actions and a longerterm vision.
Experience with mobility and contract management (typically 24 years).
Several years of experience in capacity management prioritisation projectbased working in a coordinating role and the ability to manage multiple tracks in parallel while monitoring different timelines.
Experience collaborating with internal and external mobility partners.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
Knowledge of change management principles and a willingness to further develop in this area.
Excellent command of the English language both written and spoken.A handson cando mindset.
