Were now looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to join our team in Scotland and help us expand access to better breast cancer care.

What To Expect

As a Clinical Application Specialist you will be on the front line with our customers supporting breast surgeons radiologists theatre staff and the Endomag Sales team in your territory.

You will:

  • Demonstrate our products in hospitals and clinics.
  • Support new system installations.
  • Train and educate clinical teams on safe and effective use of our technologies.

Your work will directly impact patient care by helping clinicians adopt our innovations confidently and effectively. Youll uncover new opportunities in your territory support key accounts and play a key role in the accelerated growth of the business.

What youll be doing
  • Become a clinical application expert on Endomags portfolio and breast cancer treatment pathways.
  • Build deep clinical and technical knowledge of breast cancer diagnosis and therapy.
  • Educate and support customers in all aspects of product use in person and virtually.
  • Attend procedures at multiple hospital sites to provide on-the-ground support.
  • Deliver high-quality product demonstrations training and handovers.
  • Lead new customer training and evaluations and provide structured feedback.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular proactive communication.
  • Spend significant time in the field building trust and confidence with users.
  • Identify and share new business opportunities and ideas for growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to support lead validation and account development.
  • Attend educational events and tradeshows to increase awareness and generate leads.
What were looking for

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Science Business Engineering or equivalent.

Experience & knowledge

  • Interest or experience in the healthcare / medical sector; experience in a commercial or sales environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of human physiology and an interest in surgical procedures.
  • Experience in operating rooms/theatres is beneficial but not essential.
  • Confidence reading and translating technical or clinical information (e.g. academic papers) into clear messages.
  • Evidence of business acumen and understanding of the sales pathway.

Skills & attributes

  • Excellent interpersonal skills confident tactful and professional with all stakeholder groups.
  • Strong presentation skills comfortable speaking to individuals small groups and larger clinical audiences.
  • Clear concise written communication.
  • Creative practical problem solver with a focus on quality and good clinical practice.
  • Highly organised able to multitask work collaboratively within a team and operate with a high degree of autonomy in the field.
  • High levels of integrity reliability and professionalism.
  • Proficient with Microsoft and Mac applications.

Additional requirements

  • Experience in breast oncology is an advantage but not essential we will train you on our products and clinical applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across your territory and throughout the UK.
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent social and influencing skills able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Valid driving licence (essential).
