What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and tenants at a commercial office property by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures access control and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior common areas exterior grounds parking areas and building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including medical calls disturbances alarm activations and suspicious activity and notify Allied Universal management and/or property contacts as needed.
• Monitor cameras alarm panels and visitor or contractor activity as applicable to the location and assist with directing people to appropriate entrances loading areas or tenant spaces.
• Complete required reports and logs document incidents accurately and communicate shift updates to the oncoming officer and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
