About RedEye

RedEye is a cloud-based engineering document management product used by asset intensive organisations across water power mining infrastructure and government. Our software helps teams manage engineering drawings technical documents and asset information safely and efficiently aimed at reducing risk improving compliance and supporting critical operations.

As part of the Accruent product suite RedEye continues to evolve with strong customer adoption and a modern SaaS foundation. We welcome applications from people with backgrounds in:

  • Engineering Document Management (EDMS / EAM / ECM)
  • SaaS product development
  • Asset intensive organisations (utilities mining transport infrastructure oil & gas etc.)
  • Asset management maintenance or operational technology environments

About the Role

As aProduct Manageryoullsupport the creation and execution of the product strategy and roadmap forRedEye. Reporting to the Manager of Product Managementyoullwork closely with engineering design marketing andcustomer facingteams to deliver enhancements that drive real customer and business value.

This role is perfect for someone who loves understanding user needs shaping product direction and enablinghigh qualityagile delivery.

What You Will Be Doing:

Product Strategy:

  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Balance customer value businessobjectives technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Use customer research industry insights and competitive analysis to inform direction.

Discovery & Research:

  • Lead user research including interviews journey mapping and usability testing.
  • Analyse workflows pain points and success metrics to uncover opportunities.
  • Translate findings into actionable backlog items with the Product Owner.

Execution & Delivery:

  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Support agile ceremonies and ensure delivery aligns with value and acceptance criteria.
  • Assist with QA validation andcross teamcoordination.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act asa central pointfor updates feedback and communication.
  • Support product marketing and sales enablement for successful product launches.

Performance & Lifecycle Management:

  • Define KPIs andmonitorproduct performance through analytics and user feedback.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through enhancement to retirement.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and resource needs.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Min 35 years in product management business analysis or similar roles.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Strong research skills across discovery user research and market analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data fordecision making.
  • Excellent communication andcross functionalcollaboration skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Awareness of AI tools that support product management workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC)
  • Other Product or Agile certifications
