Our Catalyst Rehabilitation Program is a structured group-based treatment program delivered by a team of experienced clinicians. The program provides evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy to support individuals in addressing harmful alcohol and other drug use.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support the development and delivery of high-quality evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group settings.
This role is focused on facilitating meaningful behaviour change and improving participant outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Delivering behaviour change interventions to support individuals to reduce or cease harmful alcohol and other drug use
Assisting participants to build and maintain healthier substance-free lifestyles
Supporting participants to understand the relationship between substance use and criminogenic behaviour
Equipping participants with relapse prevention strategies and skills to manage high-risk situations
