We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Fund Administrator.

Principal responsibilities

• Process transactions for clients and investors both timely and accurately.
• To be in compliance with client (fund managers)s requirement.
• To be in compliance with regulatory requirements under different jurisdiction.
• To work under procedures as part of city offices.
• 按时并准确地处理投资者基金帐户登记交易包括申购登记配股登记赎回退出登记等基金代理服务
• 为投资者基金交易款项进行识别转换结算支付
• 进行投资者的数据管理例如帐户开设数据更新资料修改等
• 进行投资者的合规相关运营服务包括背景调查税务服务等
• 基金投资报表制定

Requirements

• University graduate or above.
• Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment related instruments / terms / fund services operation is preferable.
• Good risk awareness and basic international payment knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word.

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
