Contract administrator
Job Summary
The Contract Administrator is responsible for management of the assigned contracts during the project execution period and supports Contract Manager and project team.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned contracts for the project.
- Manage and expedite contract deliverables and requirements.
- Monitor performance and compliance with contractual requirements expedite disciplines where necessary and highlight potential areas of concern.
- Provide advice on the assessment of variations & claims delay damages etc.
- Achieve and maintain total auditability of all commercial and contractual dealings including clear record-keeping and regular commercial reporting.
- Provide contract feedback during the life of the project.
- Ensure guarantee period management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or MBA in business management law construction law engineering project management or quantity surveying.
- 5 - 10 years experience in contract management including EPC EPCI EPCM and subcontract management within the oil and gas sector energy sector and infrastructure sector. Over 10 years experience can be considered as Senior Contract Administrator.
- Good communication and negotiation skills ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in English is beneficial.
