The Role
The HR Manager will lead the human resources function across the academy providing professional advice support and guidance to the leadership team and staff. You will oversee recruitment staff development compliance and HR policies to ensure smooth operational management and high staff engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing recruitment processes including advertising interviewing and onboarding
Overseeing HR administration contracts and payroll support
