The HR Assistant will provide administrative support across all areas of human resources assisting with recruitment onboarding staff records and compliance. Working closely with the HR Manager you will help maintain a professional and efficient HR function.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with recruitment processes including advertising shortlisting and interview coordination
Supporting staff onboarding and induction processes
Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR databases
Assisting with contracts payroll information and staff documentation
Supporting performance management and training records
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and employment policies
Previous experience in HR administration (school experience desirable)
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
