JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Manager Housing Repairs the Program & Intake Coordinator Housing Repairs supports the Housing Repairs portfolio by providing centralized intake resident communications scheduling support and file management across the project life cycle. This role stabilizes day-to-day administrative throughput and improves consistency of communications enabling project delivery roles to focus on planning and execution and enabling program leadership to focus on governance and oversight.
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- 2 years of related administrative program coordination or office support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams SharePoint).
- Strong organizational documentation and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful approach when working with Elders and community members.
Preference may be given to candidates with the following:
- Experience supporting multi-project environments (housing construction infrastructure).
- Experience working in the North and/or with Indigenous communities.
