Job Summary
The Merchandising Coordinator plays a critical execution role within Merchandising Operations acting as the central point of coordination between Sales Client & Dealer Aftersales Display Architects Purchasing Production and Distribution. This role ensures merchandising initiatives; dealer display updates and marketing tools are accurately executed tracked and delivered on time.
The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for managing daytoday merchandising requests maintaining system accuracy supporting field execution tracking KPIs and ensuring consistent brand representation across the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Requests & Case Management
- Create manage and track merchandising cases from request intake through completion
- Validate request details (scope quantities photos approvals budget) to prevent delays
- Coordinate with internal teams to move cases through each required stage efficiently
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely closure with proper documentation
Dealer Displays & Field Support
- Coordinate dealer display installations updates repairs and removals
- Act as liaison between Sales Reps Display Architects Field Service Crews and production teams
- Ensure required materials and tools are ordered and available ahead of field work
- Collect and validate photos of installations to close cases
Ordering Inventory & Logistics Support
- Support creation and followup of purchase orders related to merchandising materials
- Coordinate shipments to depots dealers and reps (bulk and individual deliveries)
- Monitor inventory levels of merchandising tools labels and displays
- Assist in reallocating excess or leftover merchandising inventory when applicable
Communication & Reporting
- Serve as the main point of contact for merchandisingrelated inquiries from Sales
- Provide clear updates on timelines next steps and dependencies
- Maintain tracking documents dashboards and shared files for visibility
Qualifications :
Required
- 12 years of experience in merchandising operations coordination project support or logistics
- Strong organizational and followup skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working crossfunctionally with sales operations and production teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & French - Due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec Ontario and the United States
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Outlook and internal systems (CRM / ERP)
