Accounting Analyst

Location: Mexico City Mexico

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing to customers

• CFDI 4.0 electronic invoicing process including invoices payment supplements and credit notes.

• Follow up on collections payments to suppliers and payment supplements (PPD)

• Reporting of Accounts Receivable to Finance Manager

• Sales and inventory analysis and reporting

• Confirmation and Payment of invoices uploaded through the OS

• Support in the preparation of cash flow planning according to future payments

• Validation of supporting documentation and payment for reimbursement to employees

• Development and automation of financial and operational reports including data from digital platforms (marketplaces).

• Preparation of weekly bank reconciliation with supporting documentation for Accounting

• Tracking and register of import operations

• Inventory management and accounting for fiscal purposes

• Communication with local warehouse as required for proper cooperation

• Ordering through OS for customer orders

• Other duties as assigned to include various ad-hoc research projects and/or special projects

• All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimumbachelorsdegree
• Upto1yearofexperienceinthesameorsimilarkeyjobactivities
• Well-developedprofessionalandsoftskills
• ExcellentinEnglish
• Verygoodanalyticalskills
• Excel / Google sheets advanced skills
