Technology Strategist (Hybrid)

You will be trusted to:

- Engage business partners to analyze needs shape strategy and prioritize technology solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Apply your expertise to enhance operational excellence and integrate capability planning and roadmaps into strategic initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement assessing both business and technology capabilities.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies analyze business use cases and communicate findings to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams both in-person and remotely building strong relationships inside and outside LCRA.
- Connect with confidence and professionalism across all levels of the organization including staff leadership and executives.
- Track project progress provide timely updates to partners and support organizational change efforts to ensure smooth adoption.

You qualify with:

- Six or more years of experience in business architecture IT change management business process development business systems analysis or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in computer science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

- Ability to form relationships foster partnership and lead cross-functional teams and projects
- Advanced skill in MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform (IBM Maximo Oracle PeopleSoft or ServiceNow familiarity is a plus)
