Health and amp; Benefits Sales Executive (Hybrid)

Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to make a measurable impact in a complex high-value market Join a dynamic Health and amp; Benefits team where youll partner with organizations to solve critical challenges in employee benefits healthcare strategy financial well-being and workforce optimization.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with in-office collaboration three days per week.

What Youll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value complex accounts by delivering strategic sales presentations leading client conversations and building long-term partnerships
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach leveraging deep market insights to spark interest and open doors
  • Develop compelling customized proposals and RFP responses that clearly articulate value and address sophisticated client needs
  • Lead full-cycle sales effortsfrom prospecting to closeincluding pricing strategy negotiations and solution alignment
  • Analyze market trends and industry data to uncover new business opportunities and expansion strategies within existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers ensuring an exceptional client experience and long-term satisfaction
  • Drive cross-selling opportunities by introducing innovative solutions that deepen client engagement and maximize impact
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and professional networks to strengthen brand presence and expand your influence


What You Bring

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive consultative environment
  • Experience selling into mid-to-large organizations ( employees) ideally within employee benefits or related solutions
  • Strong understanding of health and benefits insurance or consulting services
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and gain access to senior executives including C-suite leaders
