This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with in-office collaboration three days per week.
What Youll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value complex accounts by delivering strategic sales presentations leading client conversations and building long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outreach leveraging deep market insights to spark interest and open doors
- Develop compelling customized proposals and RFP responses that clearly articulate value and address sophisticated client needs
- Lead full-cycle sales effortsfrom prospecting to closeincluding pricing strategy negotiations and solution alignment
- Analyze market trends and industry data to uncover new business opportunities and expansion strategies within existing accounts
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers ensuring an exceptional client experience and long-term satisfaction
- Drive cross-selling opportunities by introducing innovative solutions that deepen client engagement and maximize impact
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and professional networks to strengthen brand presence and expand your influence
What You Bring
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive consultative environment
- Experience selling into mid-to-large organizations ( employees) ideally within employee benefits or related solutions
- Strong understanding of health and benefits insurance or consulting services
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and gain access to senior executives including C-suite leaders
