Job Summary
Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) School-Based
Location: Near Voorhees Township NJ
Position Type: Full-Time In-Person Current & Upcoming School Year
Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services to students near Voorhees Township NJ. The PT will support students with mobility physical access and functional needs in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services to students near Voorhees Township NJ. The PT will support students with mobility physical access and functional needs in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct physical therapy services as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and develop therapy plans
- Document student progress and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers case managers and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings as required
- Support students with mobility positioning adaptive equipment and functional access
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Full-Time hours
- In-person services
