Your role

The Regional Training Coordinator plays a critical support role in the successful delivery and administration of training programs within their region. Working under the guidance of the Regional Training Manager this role is responsible for coordinating logistics managing learning systems and ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at organization thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the growth and development of others. The coordinator will work closely with technical trainers instructional designers administrative teams and regional operations leadership to track training progress manage schedules and support content localization and delivery.

What youll do

Training Program Coordination

  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of regional training sessions including in-person and virtual events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training sign-ups session communications and calendar management.
  • Ensure training materials and supplies are prepared and available for each session.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

  • Maintain and manage regional training content and learner assignments within the LMS.
  • Track employee participation course completions certifications and evaluation feedback.
  • Support basic LMS troubleshooting and issue escalation in collaborate with the global LMS team.

Data Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate training records and generate regular reports on attendance completion rates and learning metrics.
  • Assist the Regional Training Manager in analyzing training impact and identifying data driven areas for improvement.
  • Support compliance reporting and audit preparation when applicable.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with technical trainers to ensure they are equipped and supported for training delivery.
  • Coordinate with regional instructional designers to support localization of global content.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives skills development programs and other regional training initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the regional training team including meeting coordination document management and communications.

What youll need

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Education Business HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a training administrative or coordination rolepreferably in a regional operations or technical environment.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and other office tools.
  • Familiarity with training logistics and basic instructional content formats.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional team.
  • Experience with LMS reporting or SCORM-based training content is preferrable.
  • Exposure to adult learning environments or technical operations is preferrable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and regions.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support in-person training events or team collaboration.
