A unique opportunity to work and support the Creative Lead in delivering key projects from an extensive New Store Refurbishments and Brand Projects Programme from concept and design through to delivery.
Support the day-to-day project commercial and brand functions of the business resulting in excellent delivery within our estate across different areas. The role is focal in nature as the candidate will be a key point of contact for all areas of the business organising and planning for the most efficient outcome.
You will help drive the direction development coordination implementation execution control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with corporate strategy commitments and goals.
- Successfully assist in delivering all projects against fascia strategy and matrices
- Successfully assist in delivering all projects with effective planning approval and implementation processes
- Instill commerciality of Projects working cross functional with Commercial VM Marketing and Retail teams to ensure that all projects retain their ultimate commercial proposition.
- Interface with key department and business stakeholders to ensure communication and coordination of projects.
- Coordinate relationships with external partners as required.
- Ensure the Frasers Retail Brand DNA is protected; strive to constantly improve the process and quality.
- Attend site visits with external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of each project
- Produce project presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Experience working on live project environments deadlines and budgetary restrictions.
- Experience working alongside different stakeholders; Internal External & Partners.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and trouble shoot during a project
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task plan and prioritise work schedule for self and work within agreed timescales.
- Self-motivated confident opportunity seeker
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must have a critical eye for detail
- Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience in retail design and shop fitting is preferred but not critical.
- Experience in interpreting space plans and technical drawings /manufacturing details
- Experience in retail planning is desirable but not critical.
- Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast-track projects and changing client requirements.
- Commitment to continually developing ability and skill base.
