We currently have over 300 consultants working with a variety of key clients from both the public and private sectors such as the Ministry of Justice Department for Education FCDOS UEFA International Olympic Committee and Mercedes Benz; with plans to increase our client base further in the near future.

The Role:
To support the day-to-day activities of the core Operations Team ensuring smooth internal processes accurate system management and reliable operational reporting. This is an entry-level role with a strong operational focus working closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy forecasting integrity and company utilisation tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering key operational processes and administrative functions.
- Maintain and manage the companys internal timecard system:
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Add and maintain JSOs (Job Service Orders) across all accounts.
- Maintaining and updating forecasts for all accounts in collaboration with Account Managers and Operations.
- Ensuring forecasting data aligns with internal systems and financial reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment between operational data and financial records.
- Support leave reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Assist with company utilisation tracking and reporting.
Requirements- A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Experience working with internal systems and data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Good technology skills.
- Track record of working in high pressure environments with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn operational processes.
