Cluster Chief Engineer
Scope
Lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance operations across the cluster.
Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of preventive maintenance systems.
Manage engineering budgets cost control and capital expenditure planning.
Ensure compliance with all health safety and environmental regulations.
Lead mentor and develop engineering teams across properties.
Drive energy management and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee refurbishment projects and coordinate major technical implementations.
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in hospitality engineering including three to five years in a senior leadership role.
Strong technical expertise in building systems HVAC electrical plumbing and safety regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Experience in multi-property or cluster operations will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills.
