As a Partner Technical Success Manager at AvePoint youll play a pivotal role in ensuring our partners and their customers derive maximum value from our product stack. Well support your journey with continuous training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical resource and authority on AvePoint software and solutions educating partners and solving problems during trial and deployment stages.
- Be readily available for partners responding to queries within 24 hours and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the setup and delivery process.
- Assist partners with the setup of Elements platform and trials of solutions within the platform.
- Ensure Partner Internal Use Rights (IURs) are set up and configured correctly.
- Run demonstrations of key Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions to long tail MSPs in collaboration with Partner Development Managers (PDMs).
- Resolve all partner technical support cases involving trial licenses or IURs and act as an escalation point for critical cases.
- Assist partners with the setup of AvePoint Fly solutions pre-migration.
- Continually build and grow personal knowledge of industry trends the Microsoft ecosystem AvePoint product offerings and general business acumen.
- Establish and implement a personal development plan with your direct sales manager to facilitate ongoing growth and professional development.
- Maintain active and positive participation in team activities communications and training providing mentorship to junior team members.

- Willingness to share information about our products and the market with the sales and technical teams.
- Relevant experience as a technical professional consultant or Independent Software Vendor (ISV) expert.
- Understanding of the channel business model (distribution MSP and/or Systems Integrator (SI)).
- Experience in delivery and/or pre-sales of solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 security & compliance (Purview SharePoint Microsoft Teams).
- Broad knowledge of cloud offerings across Microsoft Google and Salesforce.
- Confident presentation and demo skills with advanced business and technical communication abilities.
- Strategic thinking ability using technical knowledge coupled with a sales mentality.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with channel partners and colleagues.
- Additional languages are a plus - Bahasa
