DESCRIPTION:
Leading a team of technical sales specialists you will be expected to support strategic growth initiatives product sales strategies for Thermo Fisher Scientifics Bioscience Division in Southeast Asia.
In this role a successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales Field Application Market development and Customer Support. You will provide technical leadership portfolio and execute against in market product sales strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Masters or higher qualification in Life Sciences Biology Biochemistry or related scientific field
8 years of product sales experience in life sciences biotech or relevant scientific industries
Strong technical expertise in relevant product portfolios and applications
Excellence in strategic portofolio planning forecasting and pipeline management
Strong presentation communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience working effectively in collaborative organizations
Proficiency in developing and maintaining customer relationships at all levels
Available for up to 50% travel within assigned territory
Fluency in English required; additional language skills may be advantageous.

Preferred
2 years of demonstrated people management / team leadership experience.
Exposure to capital equipment sales.
