We are looking for a Kofax MID Developer to join adynamic Acquisition & Archiving Squad within a large internationalorganization.

You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving ahigh-volume Digital Publishing Electronic Document Management (GED) andWorkflow platform used in France.

At the center of this ecosystem is ADOC amission-critical application responsible for processing and archiving over 6million digital documents per year (postal mail email uploads). Thesedocuments are analyzed and data is extracted automatically via RAD/LADtechnologies or manually through application interfaces.

If you have strong experience in .NET applicationmaintenance Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight andenjoy working in production-critical environments this opportunity is for you.

Your Main Responsibilities

Production Support& Monitoring

• Perform daily health checks of publishing GED and workflow applications
• Apply recurring procedures (reprocessing rejections relaunching suspended jobs handling alerts)
• Validate application stability during software and infrastructure upgrades
• Analyze and resolve production incidents
• Provide user support and communicate resolution progress
• Coordinate with external OPS / ITG teams for incident and change management

Maintenance &Evolution

• Ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance of ADOC workflows
• Design and develop enhancements in the documentary workflow
• Analyze business needs estimate workload and implement improvements
• Support application verification and user acceptance phases
• Track and report product bugs directly with the Kofax vendor

Reporting &Optimization

• Deliver daily operational reporting (document stock processing flow backlog analysis)
• Model structured documents to improve RAD/LAD recognition rates
• Analyze statistics via Kofax Insight and propose optimization areas

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Kofax TotalAgility (KTA) and Kofax Insight (certification is a plus)
• Solid background in .NET development and maintenance
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Knowledge of SQL scripting
• Experience in IT Development and/or IT Support (2 years minimum)

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good understanding of project methodologies
