Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a skilled SharePoint Developer to design develop and deploy a SharePoint website that adheres to security standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SharePoint development security best practices and experience working within enterprise IT governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize SharePoint sites and applications to meet business requirements.
Implement the security standards and policies throughout the SharePoint environment.
Collaborate with IT security infrastructure and business teams to ensure compliance and secure deployment.
Configure permissions access controls and data protection mechanisms in SharePoint.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues to ensure high availability and performance.
Document development processes configurations and security implementations.
Stay updated on SharePoint platform updates and security best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer (SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises).
Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture workflows web parts and customization techniques.
Familiarity with or equivalent to the enterprise security standards and compliance requirements.
Proficient in SharePoint Designer PowerShell scripting and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration with other enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of authentication authorization and data security in SharePoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications related to SharePoint or Microsoft 365.
Experience working in automotive or highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of Azure AD Microsoft Information Protection and related security tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
Contribute to OP technical discussions peer reviews etc.
Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
